1. Dimension

2. making process

1. First cut the steel tube into the required length

2.Use the mould to fix the cut tube then weld the rail and pickets. there are two welding methods :

A. full welding

B.point welding

The workers first use the small polish machine to polish the welding points one by one .

3. After finished all the welding ,using the big polish machine (steel sand ) to wash the oil .

4. Fianlly to do the powder coating

3. Application

(1) Fence are widley used in villas, community, gardens, schools, factories and other flower beds, lawns, industrial and financial institutions, sports stadiums, squares, roads, balconies, residential use.

Packaging & shipping

1. fence panel:on pallet (there is carton board on the bottom of the fence, to reduce the crash between the pallet and the panel; there is carton board between two panels, to reduce the damage)

2. Bulk: packed in plastic bag, and then wrapped by air bubble film
